Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.

I’m that girl. Dabbler of many things, master of none. Converser of several topics, not sticking to one. I love it. I want to know about all things and everything. I am a dreamer. Fortunately, with the help of my grounded spouse, many of my dreams often do become a reality.
So, welcome to my sweet musings. This site was started in hopes to remind me everyday of the wonderful things in my life. Here you will see many projects started. Some may get finished, some may get curbed, some will be successful, others not so much. I will share it all with you. My triumphs and disappointments.
I come here to babble, share, learn and explore. It is about food, the great outdoors, travel, books, yoga, parenting, mother earth, sustainable practices and other such wonderings.
In attempt to live life as sustainable as possible I am learning to craft homemade goods on all levels.  I have been inspired by cooking from scratch, making crafts with whatever is in the sewing kit, learning to can and trying to grow a successful herb garden (It’s a start!). Making sure to look for the small things in my everyday that make me smile. Learning from friends, family and you along the way.
I love all sweet things baked, little kisses, traveling wherever the road will take us, craft beers, all forms of water sports, our daughter, 3 dogs, 2 cats and honey!
Thanks for stopping in! Hope you find something here that will inspire you or at least make you smile!
(Unless otherwise noted, all photography is property of sweet musings from the cove and wakawai. Please ask permission before using the photography. Thanks!)
